I have started the Couch to 5K over again, because I got sick after completing the first week. So yesterday I did Week 1 Day 1 again. And when I got home I did yoga on the Wii Fit.
We ate really well yesterday, too. For breakfast I made breakfast burritos, with an egg, red and green bell peppers, onions, turkey bacon and WW reduced fat Mexican blend cheese all wrapped in a tortilla. Yum! Lunch was a chicken sandwich with these chicken grillers we found at BJ's

They are only 3 pts. per serving and are really good. We had them on Arnold Sandwich Thins. Another new favorite.

These are only 1 pt. per serving! With a little lettuce, tomato, and some fat free mayo, it was a great lunch.
Dinner was Enchiladas. I have the WW complete cookbook, and it is a recipe from there. Only 4 pts. per enchilada. Can't beat that. With a nice big salad, it was a great dinner.
Today is an off day for C25K, so I did a P90X video. I thought I would take it easy today and do the P90X Yoga. Hahahahaha! It was SO hard! It is a 90 minute program, and 10 minutes it, I was sweating my butt off and wanting to quit. I forced myself to finish 30 minutes, but then I stopped. I was sweating like crazy and hurting! I feel kind of bad for not finishing, but it something to work towards.
Shane wanted breakfast burritos again this morning, so that was breakfast. But this time I added WAY more peppers and onions and I threw in half a tomato I had in the fridge. And Shane made us iced coffees (mine had sugar free vanilla syrup.)
Lunch was left over enchiladas from last night. And tonight for dinner, Shane is making us beer can chicken. We just bought a new grill, so he is excited to try recipes on it. I'll let you know how it goes.
This week I am committing to doing better. I am going to keep up with my workouts and continue to be on plan and tracking my food all week. I really want to get under 170 in the next week or 2.
